Infrastructure

The manufacturing facilities, based in Ahmedabad, are spread across 1,00,000 square feet area. Bhoomi Textiles is equipped with modern vertical fabric manufacturing facility, housing all wet and dry fabric processes, such as knitting, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing of all kinds of knitted fabric. Our robust infrastructure makes us specialists in all kinds of dyeing and printing of all knitted fabrics. Our wide range of equipment and machinery enables us to process all types of knitted fabric and provides production capacity of printing up to 15,000 kg/day.

Machinery
We are fully equipped with modern machinery to support fast and efficient processing :

  From 16” diameter to 34” diameter Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock machines
• DYEING
  From 2 Kgs to 2000 Kgs HTHP Dyeing machines
• Printing
  Up to 16 colors Rotary and Flatbed machines
• Finishing
  Stenter Frames and Compactors (Tubular and Open width Finishing)

Design and Testing
An in-house design studio with a fully equipped design laboratory is one of our key strengths. The lab has latest design software, scanners, printers, plotters, rotary and flat-bed screen exposing and engraving machines. Our promise of quality is based on our modern testing facility. The testing laboratory has latest equipment to test yarn to fabric. Our color lab consists of full color prediction and testing systems from Data Color and Grateg Macbeth.
